A 19-year-old man who escaped from a Los Angeles County juvenile detention camp was sentenced to 17-years-to-life in prison for murdering a 62-year-old Lake Hughes man who lived next door to the facility. Keith Mosley, who was 16 when he killed Phillip Vodon, will serve the first part of his term in a California Youth Authority facility.
