Fluor sold an office building for $161 million.
The Irvine-based company, which has lost nearly $94 million in the last nine months, said that two unidentified “diversified U.S. corporations” bought its Houston Engineering Center in Sugar Land, Tex. Fluor will lease the facility back for the next 20 years.
