Koreas OK Visits of Kin, Artists

PANMUNJOM, Korea — South and North Korean Red Cross officials agreed today to exchange visits between separated relatives and folk art troupes in September for the first time since Korea was divided in 1945.
However, the two sides disagreed on how and where to carry out the exchange and the size of visiting groups. They decided to meet again Friday.
