A Fontana truck driver pleaded innocent to kidnaping, molesting and murdering a 10-year-old neighbor girl who was abducted from a Fourth of July party and buried alive in an ice chest in the desert. Brian Keith Smith, 24, was arraigned by San Bernardino County Municipal Judge Arthur McKinster on charges of kidnaping, committing lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and murder in the death of Melissa Lynn Wakefield.
