Speed Limit Changed: The City Council has decided to change the speed limit in 20 areas in Anaheim, with a 5-m.p.h. increase being the most common change. Council members last week approved the changes for 27 of 365 posted locations in the city. The speed limit will be increased in 16 locations and decreased in four, said City Engineer Gary Johnson.
