Engineering Firm Plans to Move Regional Office

Willdan Associates, a consulting engineering and design firm, will move its Los Angeles regional office to the second floor of a 35,000-square-foot building on three acres at 12900 Crossroads Parkway South in the Crossroads Business Park, City of Industry.
Willdan is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in providing consulting services to governmental agencies and private sector clients throughout California. It has six regional offices in Southern California and, in the past five years, has served as consultant to 170 California cities.
The five-year, $1.68-million lease was handled by Majestic Realty.
