Exchangors Plan Council Session in Las Vegas
More than $100 million in real estate transactions are expected to be logged at the National Council of Exchangors beginning next Sunday in Las Vegas, with more than 400 expected to attend the event, open to all real estate licensees.
With the theme “Transactions Through Action,” the conference is designed to expedite the marketing of investment properties through the medium of exchange. Properties will be presented as packages and escrow and title company representatives will be on hand.
Morning and afternoon educational sessions are scheduled and there will be “Million Dollar Roundtable” for exchangors representing properties with equities of $1 million or more. Details are available from the NCE Registrar, 2969 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach 92651.
