Christopher Lovell had suffered major head trauma when he was admitted to Riverside General Hospital on Oct. 3, said Lt. Sam Spiegel, commander of detectives for the Corona police.
Following an investigation, police arrested Daniel Rees, 27, who lived with the boy’s mother in her Border Avenue apartment, police said.
