Garden Grove League : Thompson Leads Los Amigos to 45-0 Victory
Quarterback Bill Thompson threw two touchdown passes and running back Kevin McMasters also scored twice to lead Los Amigos High School to 45-0 romp over Garden Grove Friday night in the Garden Grove League opener for both schools.
Thompson threw 61- and 22-yard touchdown passes to Joe Pati and McMasters scored on 20- and 2-yard runs for the Lobos.
La Quinta 13, Bolsa Grande 12--The Aztecs led, 13-0, midway through the third quarter but had to hold on as Bolsa Grande scored touchdowns in the third and fourth quarter.
