Fountain Valley : Man Dies in 3-Vehicle Crash Near Freeway

A Huntington Beach man was killed in a wrong-way, three-vehicle collision in Fountain Valley, police said Thursday.
Orville Stewart, 58, was northbound in the southbound lanes of Euclid Street near the San Diego Freeway about 8:15 p.m. Wednesday when his automobile first collided with a car driven by Kathleen Domzalski, 31, of Huntington Beach and then struck a van driven by Brian Clark, 21, also of Huntington Beach.
Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene. Neither Domzalski nor Clark was injured.
