Kasler Corp., San Bernardino, said it won a $16.44-million contract from the Texas Department of Highway and Public Transportation for grading, paving and widening a 6.5-mile section of Interstate 30 . . . Irvine-based Bomed Medical Manufacturing Ltd. said it received a contract from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to determine the effects of weightlessness on the circulatory system and heart . . . Computer & Communications Technology Corp. plans to move the remaining portion of its recording-head manufacturing operation from Santa Barbara to its facilities in Tijuana, Mexico, and to relocate its headquarters to San Diego.
