$37,500 Donated for Classroom Aides

MANHATTAN BEACH — A school support group, the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation, has donated $37,500 to the elementary school district to help pay for additional classroom aides.
Foundation president Robert Weiner said about $100,000 was donated over the past two years for aides and textbooks, and the group hopes to boost its contribution next year to $150,000.
