West Los Angeles : College Receives Ford Grant

West Los Angeles College has received a $15,000 grant from the Ford Foundation to study student transfers at the college. Robert Williams, dean of planning and development, said that the study will determine how many students transfer, why they transfer and what factors have affected their decisions.
