Santa Anita Realty Enterprises said it purchased the Village Green Shopping Center in Yorba Linda for $8.2 million in cash. The shopping center, at 18601 Yorba Linda Blvd., was completed in June and has 66,000 square feet of leasable space and is 94% occupied, the company said.
Los Angeles-based Santa Anita Realty is paired for trading on the New York Stock Exchange with Santa Anita Operating Co., which operates the Santa Anita racetrack in Arcadia.
