Bomb Hoax Empties Store

PARIS — The Paris branch of the British department store Marks & Spencer was evacuated Monday after an anonymous caller telephoned what proved to be a false bomb threat. A store spokesman said that normal business resumed after a 1 1/2-hour search of the building, in the busy Opera shopping area.
