Potlatch Corp. of San Francisco cited supply/demand imbalances in key markets and unusually high non-operating expenses for lower fourth-quarter and full-year income and revenue. For the fourth quarter, net income was $4.4 million, down 56% from a year earlier, while profits for all of 1985 retreated 24%. Results for both periods included about $9 million in non-recurring expenses before taxes.
