Wickes Cos., Santa Monica, said it entered into a definitive agreement for the purchase of three home centers in Las Vegas from Pay ‘n Save, Seattle. The stores, Von Tobel’s, will be operated by Wickes’ Builders Emporium chain under the name Wickes Home Center.
