Ricker Heads Central Coast Chapter of Management Group

Judith C. Ricker has been elected president of the newly formed California Central Coast chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Serving with Ricker are Edward Paul, Walker & Paul Management, Oxnard, first vice president; Dennis Peterson, Laurel Co., Santa Barbara, second vice president; Patricia Elridge, Invest West Management Co., Santa Barbara, secretary, and Daniel Githens, Ventura Investments, Camarillo, treasurer.
The chapter, which received its charter last November, is composed of Certified Property Managers from the tri-county area of Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo.
