16 Czech Tourists Stay in West

MUNICH, West Germany — Sixteen Czechoslovak tourists left their travel groups in West Germany and Switzerland within the past week to stay in the West, West German police said today. A spokesman said he did not know whether the Czechoslovaks will make formal applications for political asylum.
