Man, 21, Found Shot Dead in Alley

The body of a 21-year-old man, believed to have been a Mexican national, was found in an alley in Southeast San Diego early Saturday, police said.
Mario Humberto Santoyo Garcia, whose address was unknown, was found shot in the head at 3 a.m. in an alley on 49th Street, authorities said. Police found personal possessions, including a wallet, scattered near the body.
