A legal secretary for a Los Angeles law firm won $1 million in the latest grand prize drawing of the California Lottery, but no one won the growing grand prize, which next week will start at $4.105 million. Nellie Muro of La Puente said she will invest much of her winnings and perhaps buy a car and a house. She lives with her 4-year-old son.
