Indonesia Ferry Sinks, 54 Aboard Feared Dead

JAKARTA, Indonesia — All 54 passengers aboard a ferry that sank off the southern Indonesian province of East Nusa Tenggara are missing and presumed drowned, authorities said Friday.
An official of the National Search and Rescue Board in the East Nusa Tenggara capital of Kupang said that the small ferry was overloaded with passengers when it was swamped in rough seas.
