Stuart Siegel will be sentenced next Tuesday on four counts of grand theft in the fixing of bingo games on the Barona Indian Reservation while he was manager.
Siegel, 48, of Las Vegas, was to have been sentenced Tuesday but he was in Cincinnati, according to Deputy Atty. Gen. Gary Schons. All parties in the case agreed to the one-week postponement, Schons said.
San Diego Superior Court Judge Richard Huffman prepared an arrest warrant for Siegel should he not show up next week.
