West Covina : Garage Plans Ordered

The City Council voted this week to have detailed plans drawn for a parking structure in the West Covina Civic Center and asked an architectural firm to develop ideas on renovation of the Civic Center courtyard and addition of a multipurpose room to the first floor of City Hall.
City Manager Bob Fast said the two-story parking structure, expected to cost about $2 million, will accommodate 225 automobiles.
