Chevron will sell its GA Technologies unit.

The wholly owned subsidiary, based in San Diego, will be sold to companies controlled by Neal and Linden Blue of Denver for more than $50 million. GA Technologies, which is involved in the nuclear and defense industries and other areas, had 1985 revenue of $154.5 million, mostly from government contracts. The company, formerly a unit of Gulf Corp., employs about 1,250 people.
