MOSCOW — Soviet authorities today issued exit visas to the family of freed Soviet human rights activist Anatoly Shcharansky. Scharansky’s brother Leonid said he received a visa, as did his mother, Ida Milgrom; his wife, Raya, and their two children, Alexander, 14, and Boris, 1.
“I just got the papers today and I haven’t had a chance to buy any tickets yet, so I don’t know when we will be leaving,” Shcharansky said.
