‘We Can’t Win a Drug War’
If we are to follow Morse’s philosophy we would stop spending time and money on crimes like speeding, bank robbery, murder, etc., because, despite our efforts, they continue to occur.
Morse gives the impression that we should all give up any effort to even fight against illegal drugs because we can’t win. I sincerely hope this isn’t what he teaches to his students at USC.
While telling us to give up the fight he never mentions what the results would be of his frightening suggestion.
