Explosions rocked a federal building, a store and a restaurant in Coeur d’Alene, Ida., and state police officers and firefighters spread out over rooftops throughout the city to check for other bombs. A fourth bomb was found atop an armed forces recruiting center but was detonated safely. There were no reports of injuries. The explosions occurred less than two weeks after a bomb damaged the home of the Rev. Bill Wassmuth, chairman of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Rights.
