Catherine Wiggs, executive vice president of personnel for the Broadway Stores Southern California, has resigned from her post to work as an independent consultant to companies in the areas of human resources, strategic planning, organizational structure and effectiveness. She will continue to serve as a director of San Diego Gas & Electric Co.
