Pensions Department Signs Lease for Offices

The city of Los Angeles Department of Pensions has signed a 10-year lease, valued at about $2.6 million, for 18,279 square feet in the Brunswig Square II building at 360 East 2nd St. Charter Commercial Brokerage Co. represented the city, and Irving Bonios Co. represented Brunswig Square II.
