A Boston jury found Francis J. Pilecki, the ousted president of Westfield (Mass.) State College, not guilty of sexually assaulting a student. The eight women and four men on the Suffolk Superior Court jury deliberated 8 1/2 hours before reaching their verdict on two charges of indecent assault and battery. Pilecki faces a second trial on two charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault of a second student.
