The body of a Long Beach fisherman was found floating about 150 miles west of San Diego in the Cortez Banks area of the Pacific on Tuesday, and U.S. Coast Guard officials said the man’s son probably did not survive what appears to have been a boating accident. The fisherman, James M. Fox, 55, was found about three miles from where the wreckage of his 50-foot boat had been spotted.
