The $6.5-million, 40,000-square-foot Old Ferry Landing commercial/retail project in Coronado is nearly 50% complete and 50% leased, according to Jim McArthur of Port Coronado Associates, the developer. The architect is Delawie/Bretton/Wilkes Associates AIA.
