Work to Start on Westwood Retail Center

Construction is expected to begin in April on Westside Village, a $14-million, 43,000-square-foot specialty shopping center at the southeast corner of Westwood Boulevard and Rochester Street.
Developed by Silton Properties and designed by Design Collaborative Inc., Encino, the project will consist of a three-story buildings with subterranean parking for 275 cars.
Containing office space, restaurants and shops, the project is scheduled for completion by mid-1988. The leasing agent is Michael Epsteen & Associates, Santa Monica.
