Bravo to KCET Channel 28 for airing...

Bravo to KCET Channel 28 for airing “Eyes on the Prize: America’s Civil Rights Years.” It’s a sad statement on America itself that black history wasn’t routinely taught during the dozen or so years that I attended school, but sadder still if the majority of TV viewers instead turned the channel to some of the mindless sitcoms or cop-and-robbers drivel on network television.
