Heisman Trophy winner Vinny Testaverde and Navy basketball All-American David Robinson are among 10 finalists for the Sullivan Award as the nation’s top amateur athlete.
The others are basketball player Cheryl Miller, volleyball player Karch Kiraly, figure skater Debi Thomas, heptathlete Jackie Joyner-Kersee, gymnast Kristie Phillips, wrestler Bruce Baumgartner and swimmers Matt Biondi and Betsy Mitchell.
The winner will be named Monday in Indianapolis.
