President Reagan stated that he received a “fulsome apology” from President Hussein of Iraq after the missile attack on an American frigate.
My dictionary defines fulsome as (1) offensively excessive or insincere; (2) offensive to the senses; loathsome; disgusting.
Another example of what did Reagan say and did he know he said it?
