Bobby Chacon, 35, who was denied a license in his home state of California, has been granted a license by the Arizona State Boxing Commission and is scheduled to fight Filiberto Rosas June 23 in Tucson. It will be Chacon’s first fight since he was charged with a probation violation in California in 1986 and sentenced to six months in jail.
