Armand Hammer Named to Reagan’s Cancer Panel

WASHINGTON — President Reagan said Friday that he is appointing industrialist Dr. Armand Hammer to be a member of the President’s Cancer Panel for a term expiring Feb. 20, 1990. Hammer is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Occidental Petroleum Corp.
