Bank of America has no plans to pull out of any Asian country as part of its streamlining efforts, Robert Frick, San Francisco-based vice chairman of the firm, told a group of reporters in Bangkok, Thailand. The firm will, however, continue to reduce branches or trim staff in some countries as part of its effort to make its Asian operations profitable, Frick said.
