The Screen Actors Guild’s national board of directors has unanimously approved a new three-year contract for actors at four major Hollywood studios involved in animation. The approval Tuesday finalizes the tentative agreement made July 24 that ended SAG’s 39-day strike against Disney, DIC, Filmation and Marvel. The contract is retroactive to July 1 and calls for a 10% increase in wages and shorter standard workdays.
