Menges, Katovsich Get Top Honors in Sea View

George Menges, Tustin High School quarterback, has been selected Sea View League offensive player of the year for the second straight season by league football coaches. Todd Katovsich, Corona del Mar linebacker, was named the defensive player of the year.
