‘Main Street’ Jan. 5 Broadcast to Focus on AIDS and TV

A major portion of NBC’s “Main Street” afternoon broadcast on Jan. 5 will be devoted to the increased concern over AIDS and the changing way TV is dealing with teen-age sex. Ari Meyers (“Kate & Allie”) is the reporter.
The program will include a question and answer segment with Dr. Sylvia Hacker, professor of community health at the University of Michigan and an expert on AIDS.
