Confrontation in the Mideast
It is indeed an outrage that Israel has deported four Palestinians from their own homeland.
It is repugnant to know that the country whose people have suffered so immeasurably at the hands of the Nazis, is capable of imparting such brutal treatment to another group of people whose land it illegally occupies!
Our government has exhibited helplessness and timidity in the mildness of its protests against such inhuman acts by a “democratic” ally. It is also a shame that no U.S. leader of any consequence will dare to strongly criticize such human rights violations by a country which we support in the name of freedom and justice. I wonder what has happened to everybody’s conscience?
