Deteriorating Southland Beaches and the Victims of the Storm

I find little to “fault” Peter Stekel on (Letters, Jan. 20) in his perceptions about the general lack of awareness of mankind with respect to the natural forces of nature playing upon man-made structures laid in their path.
However, Mr. Stekel, seeing that you live in Wrightwood I suppose you will include yourself in that long list of persons for whom you feel no sympathy and expect no “bail out” when the San Andreas fault snaps one day, as surely it will, on its traverse through the middle of Wrightwood.
Duarte also has a fault, but I have earthquake insurance.
