Kenneth J. Mucha has been appointed vice president of M. D. Owings Development Co., the new construction division of Owings & Associates Designers, Santa Ana. He will supervise new, remodeling and refurbishing projects for the division. Mucha was formerly vice president of facilities and construction for Grace Restaurant Co. Owings & Associates provides consultation on food facilities and interior design services to restaurants, hotels and fast-food chains.
