Roundups of Aliens in Orange

While crime is increasing in most Orange County cities, the city of Orange is wasting valuable police manpower in rounding up those unable to prove they are legal residents. I say wasting because these officers should be combatting the more serious crimes that occur daily.
Is the Orange Police Department in competition with the Border Patrol? I would hate to live in a city that is wasting precious police man-hours on illegals when all that is needed is a call to the U.S. Border Patrol to round up those suspected of being illegal aliens.
