Northridge Beats Cal in Hockey, 3-1

Dave Stern scored two third-period goals to lead the Cal State Northridge hockey team to a 3-1 win over Cal in a Southern California Collegiate Hockey Assn. game Saturday night at Pickwick Ice Arena in Burbank.
Stern scored the game-winner 23 seconds into the final period on assists from Andy Pettise and Frank Lucero.
