Mexico Bus Crash Kills 23

MEXICO CITY — Twenty-three people, including four children, were killed and 17 injured when a bus crashed Wednesday near the southern Mexican town of Chilpancingo, the official news agency Notimex reported. It quoted local officials as saying that the driver of the bus fled the scene.
