Hamilton Co. Purchases Building in Orange County

The Hamilton Co. of Newport Beach has purchased a $2.7-million, 60,000-square-foot research-and-industrial building at 17171-17201 Daimler Ave., Irvine, and will spend about $500,000 to convert it into standard industrial use.
Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services represented Hamilton and the seller, Equitable Life Insurance of America.
